seriously tho, don’t you love hand-written inserts? i really do. that’s why i did this. because green day did this. there is a couple flubs because i wrote it while i was sitting in on sundials recording their new record and i was distracted by how incredible everything sounds and the feelings that the songs make me feel. it’s gonna be really, really insane.

got me thinking how lucky I am/nona is to be friends with so many amazingly fun people. I am so happy my life is not boring. I am so happy NONA was asked to play. I am so happy about all the great people I met or became closer with over this weekend. I am so happy that I finally got the gut feeling of legitimate excitement/nervousness before and during The Sidekicks set, because I haven’t had that type of feeling since I was a little kid at a [insert cliche first favorite punk band] show. Now my neck is extremely sore from either head banging or getting very little sleep on hard wood floor too many nights in a row orrrr maybe a combination of both. I would trade that in for…. nothing. Found this because I get Google Alerts for my great old “band” name that I will absolutely never regret. Me and my friends did this on a boring, rainy day toward the end of last summer. I think I want to do my vocals again. Sean is good at recording stuff. Pat is good at solos. Dos is good at drums. Ed also played on this track.
